The right front burner on our smooth top stove is a dual burner and the inside one does not heat at all. When we put the oven on, it heats but it makes a noise like the convection oven is on, but it's when we use the regular oven. Also pressinbg the buttons on the control panel does nothing but allows us to set the time on the clock. Are these things all related? What would we need to do to repair these problems?

Looks like the model number you provided is incorrect. Please verify and repost it.

This model number does not come up either. Maybe it's too old?

Gene.
