Kenmore Elite Gas Range 790.75403500. Purchased March'2007.
Gas Oven not cooking evenly. Wife says the right side of the oven is not cooking as hot as the left side.
I replaced the Ignitor in March'2011.
I turned on the Oven, set to 400. It came on within about 10 seconds. I turned on the Broiler, set to Hi. It came on within about 10 seconds.
Please help with the next steps to diagnose the problem.
Could it be the Temperature probe is not signalling the ignitor to come on during baking cycle to maintain the set temperature? or Could it be the Oven Ignitor is not coming on quick enough during the baking cycle to maintain Temperature?
Other areas to look at?
How do I test/diagnose these items?

Typo in my original Title..... It should have said: Kenmore Gas Oven Not cooking evenly
Maybe the forum administrator can fix it.

Another update on my Gas Oven situation....
I removed the Oven bottom and flame deflector to observe the Burner and Ignitor. I set the Temperature to 350. The oven lit within about 10 seconds. I put a Oven thermometer in the Oven. The Oven cycled on/off several times. My Oven thermometer never got above 280-290.... so, it was 60-70 degrees below the Oven Temperature Setting.
Then, I decided to put a second Oven Thermometer in the Oven, as a second data-point. And, I raised the Oven Temperature to 400 degrees.
After 4-5 burner cycles the two Oven Thermometer were at about 290.... again, so about 60 below the Oven Temperature Setting.
Is this the Oven Temperature Probe not measuring the Temperature correctly? Or, something else?

Sorry.... Another TYPO in previous Post. I'm running a fever and my body is shaking with Chills... Then, I decided to put a second Oven Thermometer in the Oven, as a second data-point. And, I raised the Oven Temperature to 400 degrees. After 4-5 burner cycles the two Oven Thermometer were at about 340-350.... again, so about 60 below the Oven Temperature Setting.

Can anyone please help here.... I did replace the Oven Temp Probe Jan'2013. We have continued to have Pre-heat issues and Temperature issues.
The Oven Pre-Heat beep will signal at selected temp. But, an analog temp gauge in the oven says the is well below the selected temp.
The oven will eventually get to selected temp have a long-long pre-heat time. We usually have to set the pre-heat temp at 450 to get to 400.
The Ignitor was replaced in March'2011 and the Temp Probe was replaced in Jan'2013.
Please help. Could the Ignitor have gone bad so quickly?
