The dryer will not heat, but runs fine. I have replaced the termal cut off and themostate. I have 120 volts to each leg where the dryer cord plugs into. I have continuity on all thermostats, and I have 120 volts, but I don't have 240 at the element. What could be wrong?

Check at the motor to see if there is any burnt wires, look to see if the heavier wires at the motor switch are ok, these wires should be red and orange, if ok it could be the motor switch
