Need help! Our dryer is spinning when turned on, but no heat. There is no electric boards or panel on this unit.
After reading online, we (my husband) changed out the Heating Assembly Unit (large round unit with coil). Put the dryer back together and still no heat.
Read that turning the breaker on/off could possibly solve the problem. That did not work. Still no heat.
FRUSTRATED and he wants to just get a new dryer. Ummm...no.
Not sure how to check if the fuse is blown. Looks perfetly normal, not black/brown/discolored.
Everything else is functioning.
ANY help would be greatly appreciated. THANK YOU in advance! Jen

Hi. First check if there is 240VAC at the dryer connector block. If it is next check the control and hi-limit thermostats. Control thermostat Part number: 131298300

Thanks for your reply! My husband took those 2 parts to the appliance store. They tested them and said they were functioning properly. So he came home with a voltage tester and despite turning on/off the breaker, the breaker was bad.
So, we have a new/spare heating element and breaker - most important - proper functioning dryer.
Thank you for taking time to help us out!!
