I can't remove the grille to install a charcoal filter. The upper hinge of door door is in the way. I remove the two screws on the top of the unit, but I can't pull the grille forward because the door is in the way. The video that GE provides is for a different model and doesn't help.

I Figured it out. GE attempted to help. I don't know which was worse. the design of the unit, or the lack of text in the owner's manual.
