Done some searching but haven't found my answer.

Fresh food and freezer are getting cold, I have it set at default settings of 0 for freezer and 37 fresh food. Compressor isn't always on but the fan in the back is constantly running (I'd say 23hrs a day). Moderate amount of food in fridge and few things in freezer (single guy). I constantly hear the damper door cycling. Sometimes it moves a small amount, wait a second, moves a small amount, wait move small amount. And then sometimes it goes to the closed position only to open back up a few seconds later. When I turn the freezer side temp up (or allow it to be 2 degrees warmer) it will shut the compressor and fan off.

What I've done:

Checked damper door for blockage/obstruction and it's good
Cleaned off coils behind fridge (barely dusty at all)
Door seal is nice and pliable and appears to be sealing correctly
Don't feel any air coming out around door edges
Freezer has no frost except 1 tiny spot (size of a quarter at top edge of freezer
about 3" from where door seals)

I'm mechanically inclined and will dig in to test whatever is needed so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Is the door seal good all the way around the doors? Are the doors closing OK?

They seem fine. Nice and pliable, I can't feel any cold air coming out from around either door. The perimeter where the seals seat is all clean as well.

They close fine and a pretty even gap between the two doors (side by side). They feel to have good suction when opening the doors like Id think they should if it were sealing

Check the thermistor with an Ohmmeter. It should read about 16.3K ohms at 32*F. The way I do it is to put the thermistor in a small glass of crushed ice and just enough water to cover it. That will get it very close to 32*F. It looks like this in your machine:

Pull the back freezer panel and check the frost pattern.
