How do I decide if I need to replace the control panel or thermostat probe on our model?

The stove top burners work. The clock and timer functions work. Both inner elements will turn red so I assume they work. But when setting a bake temperature it will start a preheat then when baking be constantly clicking on and off. "HEAT" will show up on display and disappear with every click. Checked it with my digital BBQ probe and it isn't hitting temp which we knew from uncooked meals. The problem started slow. Maybe 1 time out of 10 uses it wouldn't work right. Now it's slowly degraded to most time not working.

Hi.

Sorry, have no access to Canadian model numbers. From what you are saying it's most likely the temperature sensor.
If that is most common one the resistance should be about 1100ohm at room temperature.
