I have recently sold a Whirlpool double-oven RBD306PDQ to an individual and after they have connected it up, she told me it was on for about 2 hours and then the display went out. She didn't give me any error codes (if it showed any) or if there was any beeping or not. Unsure of the age of the unit. I would like to make this lady happy and I'm offering to fix it for her. Any ideas what the issue may be?

Thanks in advance,
Jason
