So they don't plug back in where I took the other off? They are not identical parts? I guess I'll see what comes in part wise. Thanks!

That didn't fix it :( I replaced the relay and the capacitor and still buzzing then click off. I took the relay off to check everything and it is very hot.
I guess next thing to change is the compressor?

I messed with it some today...it came on for a while with old parts and the new parts, once it got to operating temp where it comes on and goes off by thermostat, it once again starts the buzz then click.

Hi.
If you are getting 120VAC to the relay and it's clicking - most likely the compressor is bad.

I didn't think it was the relay, it wasn't rattling and it tested good with the multimeter. But since you suggested it, I think yall are going to give me a refund on it. Thanks for the help.
