My GE side-by-side refrigerator and freezer stop cooling. The fan is running, Compressor is warm to the touch.

If the compressor is not vibrating, pry off the start device. If it rattles when shaken, replace it AP3884299

There is vibration from the compressor, the fan blows out warm air in the freezer, there's no ice or frost on any parts behind the cover in the back of the freezer. Thank you.
