My icemaker is making ice--however, the ice bin is full of ice that has melted/fused together. It is as if the ice was only partially solidified or somehow, water is also getting into the bin.

Any suggestions?

What is the exact measured temperature in the freezer?

Can you see any icicles around the ice maker or between the ice maker and the ice bin?

Open the freezer door, close the flopper on the left side and watch the status LED on the right side. If the LED stays "on" then the ice maker is the culprit.

I have the same model kscs25ins00 and not making ice as well. The LED is still blinking (not stays "on") when the left side flopper is closed. according to this video KITCHEN AID / WHIRLPOOL / KENMORE INFRARED ICEMAKER REPAIR - YouTube, the problem is the emitter board and sensor. Is this correct?

My Ice maker stopped working. When i open the door the LEd flashes twice. when I close the flipper it goes solid red. When I checked the voltage between N and L i got 106 volts. When i jumpered T and H I heard a click and nothing happened. I then checked the voltage between N and L and got zero. any ideas?

Ok now I am confused. I pulled it out to check the voltage and it started a cycle. I heard the same click that I heard last night and it made one batch of ice. I thought it was working when it made the ice last night. so the motor is working if it makes ice. does this mean that the control board is not working?

Unplug the ice maker wire harness and check the voltage between the black and the white wires at the plug,
