Frigidaire Side by Side refrigerator Model NumberFSC23R5DSBG My Frigidaire Side by Side refrigerator is not working oneither the freezer or refrigerator side. One minute it was fine and the next minute nothing. There is no power to the refrigeration side. The only this that is working is the interiorlight for the freezer side and a fan seems to be running. I have unplugged the unit and plug in again –no change. I have also turned thecircuit breaker on and off-no change. Any ideas as to problem or replacement part number? Frigidaire FSC23R5DSBG

When your refrigerator is not cooling as it should, the problem could be as simple as a blocked vent, an incorrect thermostat setting or something more complicated that requires the help of a service professional, such as a bad compressor or a coolant leak. For a handy checklist of possible reasons why it’s not cooling and suggestions for what you can do, check out this Refrigerator not cooling troubleshooting chart. I hope that helps!

Thanks for the reply. I don't think I stated my problem clearly. There is NO POWER to the refrigerator side-NO Light and NOT Cooling nor are the Touch Controls visible. There is NO Power to the freezer side either except for the interior light that comes on and a fan seems to be running continously.
All vents have been cleared, coils cleaned and the unit has been unplugged for several days. Still no lights except interior light on the freezer side. It is simply like a white box with a lamp only on the freezer side.

Did you ever figure out what the problem was?
I have the same issue. Frigidaire Refrigerator. Freezer side seems to be working, but the refrigerator side is out. Control panel and lights are out. I think there was a power surge in my home.
