When I start the microwave, the dish does not rotate.

When I looked at the Guide roller assembly (3 ring part below the dish) the stub at the bottom of the guide roller, that connects to the motor, is broken.

Please advise if I need a new roller assembly or a new turntable motor.

Thank you

On some of these models you can turn the turntable off. If this is the case on your microwave make sure it’s not off. If that’s not your problem the turntable motor is the most likely problem but the only way to be sure is to check for voltage on the motor when the microwave is on. Microwave Repair Guide
