There was a short power outage (~2min.) and ever since my Freezer is not working. The unit is running and the refridgerator seems cold but the ice has melted and the food is defrosting in the freezer. I turned it up a notch but it did not help. Is there a reset procedure or is all lost?

Did you get an answer to your problem? My Kitchenaid did the exact same thing and I can't get the freezer to work. The refrigerator seems to be fine.

If all the fans are running, check the compressor in the back, if warm and not vibrating, replace the start device AP4369220
