Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 7/14/2012(UTC) Posts: 4		Hello all, My whirlpool gold compressor started cycling every 30 secs or so and was not cooling. I installed a new starter relay on it and the compressor is working but the freezer side will cool to zero but the fridge side stayed around 45 deg. Any advise as to what to look at now????

I cannot find any blockage in the air return (unit is empty as well) but the cold air entering the fridge side is minimal at best. If I crack the freezer door the air flow improves.

The freezer holds steady at 0 in the middle of the compartment, the fridge is holding steady at 40 in the middle of the compartment. Is the fridge temp acceptable or should it be in the mid 30s?
