When we tryto dispense water on the freezer door
Water also comes down ice maker chute and runs into ice bin
and on down over products in freezer making a big ice mess.
What has gone wrong ?

Try checking the water valve to make sure you have a tight connection

Pull the back cover off and remove the wires that go to the plug that goes to the icemaker water solenoid(the one with the 1/4 water line). Have someone dispense water. If you now still get water in the icemaker, replace the water solenoid.
