Yes, thanks for your help Simon. Thats what I read also that it would be the heater, I will change both and see how it goes. right now fridge is at freezer 1 and fridge 37.

Hey after installing that heater, the temperature sometimes goes to normal and then sometimes the freezer hits 15-18.

What did you mean "sometimes"?

How did you measure the temperatures?

When did you install the new defrost heaters?

Where did you place the thermostat from this kit?
