water comes in very slow from cold water hose. I remove hose from
washer and clean screen filter. I replace hose and water comes in good
for a awhile. Then, it slows down again. What should I do and how do
I do it?

you may have more screens ,check to see if there screens in the hose near the taps an at the washer. Then with the hose off, check the screen in the mixing valve on the washer if dirty clean and replace. don,t remove this screen.
