I have replaced this module twice. I have replaced the wiring harness. Water does enter the module. I am able to initiate a cycle manualy but it doesn't start on it's own.
Any suggestions? Thanks.

Hi.

Check the temperature in the freezer. if it's not freezing the ice cream your icemaker will not work.

Hi.

It's either something wrong with the freezer t* or another bad icemaker.

I couldn't believe the ice maker was bad. I'll replace it again and see how it goes. Thanks for the help.

Hi again,

I replaced the ice maker again. It's working now. It's been in for about a week now and making ice. Not as fast as I'd like but it's working. In one of your replies you mentioned that it was another bad ice maker and check the freezer t*. Was this a typo? If not just what did you mean?

Thank again. Rich

Hi, Rich.

What I meant by "another bad icemaker" that those icemakers are known to fail.
If the temperature in the freezer is above 15*F the icemaker wont work.

Thank you.

Simon.
