Unit works fine, just runs too cold for red wines. I have a new and old(er) thermostat, both are working, and I know how to hook them up. Problem is this - I'm trying to calibrate with that little screw on the front.

I don't know how many turns (or what direction) to turn the screw. Trial and error I suppose, but that could take forever because you have to wait awhile in between each turn.

I'd like it to run at about 58 deg. Is it possible?

Please help!

Thanks!!

TEMPERATURE RANGE GUIDE:

Generally, the cabinet temperature range is between 46 to 59 degrees (+/-5) for storage of wine bottles.
The thermostat setting of '1' or 'MIN' is the warmest.
The thermostat setting of '7' or 'MAX' is the coldest.
For storage of red wine, the thermostat setting of '2' or near 'MIN' is recommended.
For storage of white wine, the thermostat setting of '6' or near 'MAX' is recommended

The above is from the operators manual so according to the spec it should do it without any modifications.
Also the +/- 5 degree temperature spec does not bode well for good temperature regulation in this unit.
