Upon testing the control, I found that the control is only putting out 18 volts via a 2 pin connector to the D.L.B. Relay coil. The coil is rated 24 volts and is not closing the N.O. contacts. I replaced the control and the output is still 18 volts instead of 24 volts. Has anyone got any advice?

Hi,

Check for bad connections.

Would you like a copy of the service manual or do you have it already?
