i have two prolem. when you push the start button the unit turn on, when you release the button the unit stops.

2) then the unit was working the heater would not heat up.

i have checks all wiring and fuse on the heater unit. i bypassed the heater relay and the unit will heat up.

the first problem where it will not stay on started after i tried checking the voltage at the heater relay.

Most likely the problem is a bad control board. It should sense when the dryer starts.
