Our dryer is not heating, so I would like to access the thermal fuse and the heating element. The rear panel does not seem to be a separate panel, so how does one access the heating element on this model?

Hi. The access to the heater and other components is through the toe panel. Using the potty knife release 2 clips(one on each side top) and open the panel. If the dryer is working but not heating it's not the thermal fuse. First of all check your circuit beakers, flip them back and forth. Then check the heating element, the hi - limit, the thermal cut off. You may want to remove the filter housing for easier access. The hi -limit Part number: AP2973862
