Hello All,
We have a waring commercial conveyor toaster at our restaurant that is experiencing some difficulties. The unit toasts fine but the conveyor has ceased to operate. Has anyone experienced similar problems with this unit and/or know a fix?

My cts 1000 has a very slow conveyor and burns toast. any ideas?

Its been a very long time since I last worked on one of these, but....... I think the speed is controlled by this part 032720 VR PCB Assembly
The motor that turns the conveyor is
032779 c motor

You'll need to do some testing to be sure which parts are bad.
