I've got a Carrier electric furnace, taken out of another home as part of a heat pump system. I'm just trying to get it to function as a heater. The schematics show a 3-speed and 4-speed wiring.....niether match up to the motor. I have Red, White, Blue, Black, and Yellow coming away from the motor to control area. Two other wires going to the capacitor attached to the motor, don't think there's a problem there. I can hook up the Blk & Wht to 120 and get it to turn, so i think the motor is ok. I can't get it to fire up with the whole system fired up. Any ideas where these wires go? Isn't there any kind of standard for this stuf? Black high speed? Blu red other speeds? no ground? I didn't want to have to pull the whole motor & squirrel cage out...:(

First there is no such model number.
Second, Yellow, Black, Red, Blue, White indicates a 220volt motor
Yellow is power, Black high speed, Red medium speed, Blue low speed, white to one side of the capacitor or tape it off since you have two leads to the capacitor (most likely brown and brown/white)
