How do I repair this so that my turntable will turn around? Sometimes it works slowly and most of the time just sits there, not turning at all. It makes a faint sound when NOT working, so I suspect a belt is slipping. Am I ablt to do this repair or do I have to pay $75 per hour for an appliance man to do it. HELP!

Part 42 on this diagram and parts list is the motor. Replacement parts for GE JVM1660BB005 | AppliancePartsPros.com Though it could be slipping on the turntable. Could be some type of adjustment that can be made. The diagram may help to get to it.
