Does the oven light work? Sounds like you have lost Neutral. The oven control board and the oven light both work on L1 to Neutral. Try tripping the breaker off/on slowly a couple times. If that does not work you will need a meter so that you can check: L1 to L2 = 240 volts L1 to Neutral and L2 to Neutral = 120 volts

You also asked if the oven light works- yes, works as it should. I will borrow a meter and perform the test you suggested. If I don't get the proper voltage, do I need to purchase a new touch panel? or do you have any more suggestions? Thanks!

No. If you do not get the proper voltage then probably have a wiring problem (loose connection etc.) If you do get the proper voltage 120 volts going into the control board ( P2-7 to P2-1 and P2-7 to P4-1/2) then you probably need a new control.
