Hi. My microwave plate stopped turning, What parts do i need to repair it? The model # is FMV156800834. Thanks.

Does in make any noise from the bottom plate?

The model number you posted is incorrect. Verify and repost it please.

Hi Gene. Thanks for replying. The model number is FMV156DCC. It does not make any noise from the bottom of the plate.

Remove the bottom panel and check for 120 VAC to the motor while the control calls for heat.

If the reading is correct, replace the turntable motor.

If the reading is incorrect, replace the control board.
