I would check the rear drum bearing.

Occationally cloths will have slight burn mark on them.
I took the dryer apart and the bearing plastic receiver is worn out and the teflon glides have fallen off of the felt. This is most likely the reason for the squealing noise. Before I repair these I wannted some feedback on the burn marks on the clothing. I did find some lint buildup in the internal vent lines.
Any ideas.

My dryer leaves those marks on clothes sometimes - the clothes are getting caught between the drum and the front panel. From reading other threads here it sounds like the main cause is worn front upper drum glides, and possibly rear bearings as well.
Good luck with it!
