ok gene finished up last night and this morning freezer is at 4 degrees and fan is constantly running ?

What is the temperature setting?
Did you replace the fan together with the main control board?
Did you open and kept any door open for 3 minutes or longer since you finished with the repairs? Try to keep both doors closed for a few hours.

fridge side is fine freezer fan runs constantly and will not cool to 0.held at 6-10 degrees at first but this morning it is at 18 or so.yes changed main board and fan at same time.i did a self diagnostic on it just now and it shows no errors.

Hi Todd, Possible there is a loose connection on the spliced in wires. It's my bad. It was not very good idea about splicing in such part. I spoke with Adam from the APP customer service. He will call you and APP will exchange the evaporator fan motor AP3875639 with the AP319100 without additional charge to you. Gene.

gene he did call and is sending the correct part, thanks.
but im pretty sure my splices are good so here i am back to the original problem of the freezer fan running constantly and not chilling to an acceptable temp.

this morning fan is not running and freezer is a 21 degrees

ok now it is running and still around 21 to 25 degrees
