Once my tub is filled the machine will agitate about 10 seconds and stop. There is rotating noise coming from the machine like its trying to move but wont. I have gotten 2 different diagnosis, someone please help I just dont want to get messed over....whats wrong?

I would check the motor, gearbox/tranny and drive belt.
btw: it's a zero '0' at the end of your model number, not the letter 'o'. ;)
