Ordered replacement overload relay and run cap. Replacement overload relay does not match original. Original has socket for power connector that is about half inch square. Replacement (sealed plastic bag P/N 12555902, #'s on actual replacement part are 5SP14M419PF and 24 V11R and 419PFBYY and -53 GHZ9AB) has completely different socket shape. Pins on relay are much larger in size. How do I make the replacement work? Cust service tells me that they shipped the correct P/N for my fridge. Help!!

That is the right part for your fridg. There are two wires from the fridg.in a plug. You will need to remove those wires and put the proper size spade terminal on both, then plug in the terminals on the start device, not polarity sensitive. The other two sockets are for the run capacitor.
