Upper Convection Oven will not heat up to the correct temperature. It will "buzz" that it is "ready" but its hasn't reach the right temperature; not hot enough. Lower oven (not convection works fine).

I could not find any info on the given model number.

Sounds like it may be an oven sensor problem.
Here is a good link, check out 7, 8, 20 and 21.

If the sensor checks out OK then odds are that the control board is toast.

If it is an old unit that uses a thermostat then I would replace the thermostat.
