I would use a multimeter to check for continuity on the run and start windings.
Here is the tech sheet for your dryer. It shows the readings you should get on the windings.

Thanks For The Diagram, But Which Wires On The Motor Are The Start Winding And The Main Winding. There Is Two Individual Bare Copper Wires On One Side And There Is Two Bare Copper Wires That Are Joined Together On The Other Side. There Also Is A Blue Jumper Wire, So Please Tell Me What Wires Are The Winding Pairs?
