Yes Mike, the igniter is definitely bad and hopefully the new part will fix this problem. You can use the same igniter Part number: AP4091207

I have tried using the 'Share' link on the APP youtube channel, but it just post a link to it for me in the forum.

Hi Gene-
I'm installing the igniter, I'm assuming polarity doesn't matter on the wires? I have to clip the connectors off and use wire nuts. Thanks, Mike

I installed the igniter. Peak current is now 3.55 amps- a marked difference from the old igniter- it also glowed much brighter. So far everything's working. As for the pulsating flame issue I can see how the failing igniter would cause that but it's too early to tell if my valve is bad too. I guess we'll see as we continue to use the oven. Thanks for your help.
