This is the stack unit. The bottom washer works fine. The upper Dryer can dry the cloth very well. But the heating element seems on all the time. Right now I have to unplug the power coil. The moment When I plug in the power, before I press any button or knob on the dryer, the back of the dryer starts to heat up. I changed the new timer/circuit board component. It is still on the moment we plug in the power.

It sounds like the heater is grounding against the case of the dryer. Pull the tub and check it. If not you could have a stuck motor switch. Tom ApplianceEducator.com

Thank you, Tom.
I removed the control panel, the front panel. Do I need to take the drum out in order to see the heater element? Do I need to take the belt out first? How difficult to put the drum back?

Yes, take the belt off first, and then remove the drum. It is not hard to put back on. Tom ApplianceEducator.com
