We have a Maytag double oven and on Thanksgiving day the lower heating element in the lower over quit working. I ordered a replacement part (AP404420 gid33044, model number is MER6751AAB) and it too does not heat. The top element does as do both in the upper oven. As well, everything else on the range works. Is there a fuse or some other part I should try so I can get this lower element to heat? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Sounds like your not getting any power to the heating element.
There is a high limit thermostat that will trip if it gets to hot, but I think that kills power to both the bake and broil element. Did you happen to self clean it just before it quit working?

Here is the service manual for your model oven, maybe it will help.
