Oven worked perfect. Then one day I started to bake a pie. Top burnt to a crisp the bottom of the pie was raw. Since then everything I cook does the same thing. I can set the baking temp and oven shows it is heating as normal. Beeps when it tells me it is up to temp. However whatever you put in is burnt to a smoking crisp on top and the bottom is just raw or slightly cooked.

Here are your parts
Replacement parts for AMANA AER5715QAQ RANGE- S/C F/S ELE | AppliancePartsPros.com

See the attachment for the wiring diagram.

Also here is a manual.
16025644 Maytag Amana Electric Freestanding Range Service Manual - ApplianceDigest.com
You have to join the site to download the manual but it is free and this is a very good site for manuals and other info for the appliance repair DIYer.

You said it preheats as usual but does it take longer than it used to.
It sounds like the bake element is not coming on.
If it at no time gets red check it. Also there is a diagnostic you could run on the tech sheet.

Unplug the stove.
This is very important because on most units there is still voltage to one side of the element even when it is turned off.
Undo the screw/s holding the element to the back of the oven.
Carefully pull the element into the oven.
Remove the wires from it and check it with a meter.
Should be around 20 ohms.
It is a good idea to clip something (clothespin etc.) to the wires so they do not disappear into the back of the unit while you are checking the element.
