Setting broiler on high blows the circuit breaker.
Having the oven on and two burners simultaneously blows the circuit breaker. This certainly screws up the timing for putting a fancy dinner on the table. What part is blown? I will replace it if it's not too costly - otherwise it's time for a new range.

It sounds like you actually might have a breaker problem. If it were the oven, it would blow it immediatly. Change out the circuit breaker in the breaker box. Tom ApplianceEducator.com

It was the breaker box! The connection was corroded.
