Loud high pitch squeak occured intermitently in dryer when running.
I have replaced the belt, rear rollers, and greased up everything. Still squeaks. I have noticed brown wear marks on the outside of the drum. My thought is that the drum is running low, and contacting part of the blower assembly. The glide pads show only slight wear. Before I replace them unnecessarily I was wondering if there is supposed to be a felt pad between the glide material, and the metal bracket that holds the glide. I show this part as model# AP4054017. Note this part is listed as "requires special attention". I called, and it is no longer available.
Next option I was considering was to rotate the felt liner and re-glue it back on. High temp contact glue?

Sorry cannot be of much help with most of your question but a fairly common cause of squeaks is the idler wheel.
Might even be it's mounting bolt, it does move back and forth quite a bit while the drum is rotating.
Just a thought
Hopefully someone else will jump in with experience on this specific unit.

tripster19, did you ever resolve the issue with your Admiral dryer? The reason I ask is I have the exact same model and after a complete teardown, it is clear that there is metal to metal contact between the drum and the top of the blower unit (wear on the top of the blower and wear on the drum in the exact location). The glides look okay, so I am not sure they are the problem. I am not sure at this time how to fix this issue ( I am thinking excessive belt elongation might be causing this by allowing the front of the drum to sag so I have ordered a new belt, but I am worried this may not actually solve the problem).
