dryer will not heat in auto cycle but will heat in time cycle model ddg7180ral

It sounds like you might have a temperature selector switch problem is it does not heat at all in the timed dry cycle. Pull the panel, and see if there are not any burn't wires. If you need the heat selector switch the part # is WE4X778. Let us know how it goes. Tom ApplianceEducator.com

heat works fine in time cycle but when in auto cycle ingiter and heat when not come on . why would it work in time cycle and not in auto cycle
