Electronic control boards are highly vulnerable to power surges. The problem could be in the board, even though everything else seems to work. You need to be able to isolate the trouble to either the low voltage, or the high voltage side of the oven. This can be accomplished with a "live voltage" check, but is extremely dangerous, if you're not competent.
