The only stuff visible in the back is at the bottom. I can see the Motor, Fan and few compressor coils. I vacum cleaned them as much I could
I noticed that the Fan inside the Freezer was running normal and blowing cold air outwards (verified by placing paper on the grill/cover of this fan). I also noticed a few hours later that the same fan was sucking air in. I verified that by placing a piece of paper on the grill/cover of the fan.
Looks like something in the Frost / defrost area may be the problem. I am technically oriented and quite handy in fixing things, but this is my first time running into a Fridge / Freezer problem.
Can someone guide me as to what to look for and where to look. I do have basic tools and a multimeter.

If you have a frost build up in the freezer on the back wall, you might need to take the back panel off, and check the heaters. They are known to go out after awhile. You can ohm them out at the top of the coil on terminal board. Just pull one of the defrost thermostat wires that come to the same terminal, so you don't get a false reading. If they check to be good, ohm out the defrost thermostat, if you get a reading on it, then replace the timer. Tom

There is no frost build up. Freezer is fine. Fridge side is not cold enough. DO you think that the defrost timer may be a problem. What else and how can I verify it

No if you have no frost build up, you either have a condenser fan motor not running next to the compressor, or a insufficient compressor. Tom ApplianceEducator.com

Let me do a reset here.
2 door unit, side by side doors. Freezer works fine. Ice still being made. But the Fridge/beverage side is not cold enough. There is no issue with the Butterfly valve that controls the air flow from the freezer to cooler / fridge side.
What can be problem?

What makes you believe "the freezer works fine"? Did you measure the temperature in the freezer? What is it?

Good question, I have not measured the temperature with a Temp. Gage, but I have made atleast 8 trays of ice in the past 3 days or so - since I started noticing the the cooler side is not as cold.

Normal freezer temperature with no door openings for 2 hours should be about 0°F while the temperature for ice maker can be as high as +17°F.
If the temperature is wrong in both compartments and there is nothing wrong with the condenser fan and the condenser is clean then the problem is with the sealed system (low on Freon or bad compressor).
Gene.
