The machine will not pump the water out of the bottom.
I have cleaned it out and tried it twice with no luck.
Is there a way to clean it out further? Or what is the next step?

I have removed debris from pump impeller. Water can be removed from hose drain and flows freely.
However the pump will not evacuated the water in bottom of machine, but appears to be agitated by pump impellor.
