Evening all.
I have a Jenn air combo-elect-oven, gas cooktop, with an electronic control face.
I've found the item, and wanted to ask some questions before I order.

The control face is no longer showing the led/lcd read out. I noticed that the brightness began fading about a week and a half ago. This afternoon, there was no time showing, and when I went to turn on the oven, there was no way to read the temp. As I was outside working in the yard after I turned it on, I have no idea if the dinger went off to say that it had reached cooking temp.
When I set the timer for the item I was cooking, the dinger did work, even though I could not see the timer.
Once the first run through was done, I set an extention timer on it, and the time came back on, and I could actually read it.

This is an old Jenn air, we've had it now since February 2000, when we first moved in here.
As stated, I've found what appears to be the correct face plate, and it says $166.00.
WHIRLPOOL Electronic Oven Control Assembly, part number: AP4088560

Is there any way to save this face plate, or has it reached the end of its life?
