I have a GE Profile Quiet Power II. The soap dispenser will not close so the unit's door will not close and lock. What is the possible solution? Do I need to remove the entire front panel on the unit? Thanks for your help.

Denman--
Thanks forthe reply; the soap dispenser does not lock in place when rotated. I have removed the cover but see no obvious problem. It's spring loaded so could that be the problem? Thanks
