Hi all, I have a Magic Chef gas dryer, and needed to change the blower wheel part no AP4038116. When the new part came in, the blower wheel did not get on easily. I am actually hammering the plastic around the spindle to get it on fully to replace the snap ring. It wont go further - it will work though. The part was verified for my dryer model by the sales assistance. What should I be doing to get the blower wheel further down the motor spindle. I don't want to breakanything. The blower wheel is tight around the side cut spindle which is a good start. I'm afraid if I take it off I may break the plastic around the spindle.

Please help
