When it spins it is like the whole drum moves and rocks the machine all over the place, what can I do?

The first thing I would do is make sure the washer is properly leveled and the front leg nuts are tighten as described in the Installation Manual.

Make sure the clothes inside the washer are balanced during the spin cycle.

Post the results.

The washer is level it seems like the whole drum is moving when it spins.

Remove the washer cabinet (instructions attached) and check the tub support and the suspension springs. Post the results.
