I came to this forum for the first time and in posting the problem with my dryer I received excellent advice. I had it all open, tested everything and it started heating up. The problem I "created" accidentally is that while everything was open, I was holding the door switch in my hand and pressing the white button while the dryer was running and it was heating up beautifully. For a split second the door switch slipped my hand and I touched the side of the case of the dryer and something got burned, I felt the kick on my hand...nothing major... but now it is not working at all.......please any suggestions appreciated!!!:(

Monica,

The first thing I would check if the circuit breaker for the dryer. Flip it "off" and then back "on".

Gene.
