Possible that while you replaced the light bulbs you shorted out the part of the control board which operates with this lights and the fan.

Here are the break down diagrams for the GE microwave Model JVM1630WB004

Do you by chance have a control panel or circuit board that has already been repaied for this model of GE Microwave - since my microwave is operational, all except for the oven surface lights and vent fan - I thought if I could pay you for the repaired parts - that I would avoid the down time for the microwave and thus ship my defective part back to you to replace the one I paid you for?? Please advise - thanks

Firefler, If you don't here from them about a repaired board, I have quite a few, and can get it to you.
